ማንኛውም ተከራይ ለመከራየት ሲያመለክት ኪራዩ በደህና ከተጠናቀቀ በኋላ ተመላሽ የሚሆን $300.00 ለዋስትና ማስያዘ አለበት።

ECM has trarted renting its newly acquired building space. The rent rate is $200 for the first 3 hours and $50 for each additional hour to a maximum of $500.00 for a day up to 10 PM in the night.
ECM members who meet their membership requirements and an Ethiopian nonprofit association get 15%discount.
